About
Welcome to Avenida Brasil UK, a little slice of Brazil nestled in the heart of London. Located at 74-76 Lansdowne Way, London SW8 2DQ, this vibrant eatery captures the essence of Brazilian culture with its lively atmosphere, authentic cuisine, and a welcoming spirit that makes every visit feel like a fiesta.
The moment you step inside, you're enveloped in a lively ambience filled with the sounds of Brazilian music and the enticing aromas of traditional dishes. As one enthusiastic diner, Valentina Cervone, puts it, “Adoroooo!! My favourite place!!” The atmosphere is perfectly complemented by the friendly service, with staff like Gustavo, who, according to patrons, expertly navigates the menu and ensures that every guest feels like family.
Nerea Bejarano shared a heartfelt review, reminiscing about her visit with her brother. The duo was treated to delectable dishes that transported them back home in every bite. A standout for many is the maracujá caipirinha, touted as a true “chef’s kiss.” This cocktail showcases the balance of passion fruit’s tartness, making it an essential start to any meal here.
When it comes to the food, expectations are not just met — they are exceeded. Michele Paulucci was particularly impressed by the rice, describing it as “the best I’ve ever eaten in my life.” The feijoada, a traditional black bean stew, has received high praise, alongside crispy fries that make for a delightful accompaniment. Little surprise, then, that diners leave with satisfied bellies and leftovers to savor later.
The diversity of the menu caters to every palate, with offerings that reflect the rich culinary heritage of Brazil. Balancing flavors and textures, the dishes are not only generous in portion but also artfully presented. Another patron, Mara Martins, highlighted the impeccable service and value for money, stating that prices are reasonable given the quality and the generous serving sizes. The added charm of live music on Saturdays lifts this dining experience to new heights.

“ The atmosphere is perfect, the service was very good, the food was really good. I want to emphasize that it was the best rice I've ever eaten in my life. Only mine is as delicious as this, lol. The fries were amazing and the feijoada perfect Congratulation the chef Ketlym The price is very good ”
“ This is an authentic Brazilian restaurant. Not commercialised, which is so good. I literally forgot on the odd time that I was in the UK, as I'm not as used to authentic restaurants as I am the commercial ones. Food was decent, the portions are pretty massive, especially the burgers. I struggled to finish it. There was a live band playing and people were dancing inside the restaurant. It seems really cool, a nice local family friendly restaurant. Prices are decent too. There is a patio area for people who want to eat outside and also have dogs. Definitely worth going for the experience! ”
“ This place knows how to serve amazing food, very well cooked and presented! From starters to desserts everything was delicious, and the drinks were also incredible. The portions are huge I brought home leftovers. The service was impeccable, very nice, and polite waiters, we felt very welcome. The prices are also reasonable and even more if we consider the quality, the presentation and the size of the portions. I will certainly be back with the whole family. There’s live music on Saturdays which makes it even better. The vibe of this place is great. ”
